When mangojam.ae came to us, the business itself was solid real clients, real studio work, a real portfolio. The website wasn't reflecting any of that in search.
The state of the old site:
- Core service and category pages weren't ranking inside Google's first 100 results for any meaningful commercial keyword not page one, not page five, not page ten.
- The site's structure didn't map to how people actually search for voice-over and audio production services in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Services were buried, categorization was inconsistent, and there was no clear hierarchy a search engine (or a customer) could follow.
- There was no keyword-to-page mapping. Content existed, but it wasn't built to answer specific, distinct search intents.

The Decision: Rebuild, Don't Patch
The tempting move with a site in this state is incremental fixes clean up a few meta tags, add some content, hope momentum builds. We didn't do that. When a site's underlying architecture doesn't match search intent, patching it just means optimizing a structure that was never designed to win.
Instead, we rebuilt mangojam.ae from the architecture up, with three principles guiding every decision before a single page went live:
1. Structure Follows Search Intent, Not Internal Org Charts
Most business websites are structured the way the business thinks about itself internally - "About," "Services," "Portfolio," done. That structure rarely matches how a customer searches.
For mangojam.ae, we mapped a 60-keyword strategy across six distinct service clusters, then built the site's URL structure, navigation, and internal linking directly around those clusters, not around how the studio internally categorized its own work. Every service got its own dedicated, keyword-targeted page rather than being folded into a generic "Services" catch-all.
2. Every Page Has One Clear Job
Instead of one broad "Voice Over Services" page trying to rank for dozens of unrelated searches at once (and therefore ranking for none of them), each cluster page was built to own a specific intent, separated by service type and, where relevant, by market (UAE and Saudi Arabia both needed distinct treatment, not a single page serving both).
3. Built for AI Search From Day One, Not Retrofitted Later
This is the part most rebuilds skip. Traditional SEO optimizes for ten blue links. Increasingly, search also means AI-generated answers Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity which pull from content that's structured to be directly quotable and unambiguous.
We built mangojam.ae's content with this in mind from the start:
- Direct-answer formatting - clear, self-contained paragraphs that answer a specific question completely, rather than requiring the reader to piece an answer together across a page.
- Structured data and semantic HTML - proper heading hierarchy, schema markup, and clean semantic structure so both traditional crawlers and AI retrieval systems can parse what each page is actually about.
- Entity clarity - consistent, unambiguous naming of services, locations, and the business itself across every page, so search engines (and AI models) can confidently associate mangojam.ae with the specific services it offers.
This is the difference between SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and rather than treating them as three separate projects, we treated them as one architecture decision made once, correctly, at the start.
Fixing What the Old Site Got Wrong Along the Way
Alongside the architecture rebuild, we resolved issues that were actively working against the site:
